" FERVENT PRAYERS"
Almighty God, we come before You today to seek Your guidance and compassion,
We pray to You to help us all in our daily lives, save and lead us to your Eternal Kingdom,
For You are the our Creator, Provider and Bestower of every good,
Wherefore, all our hopes is in You and to You we ascribe Glory now and until Eternity.
Bless us Almighty, God in the highest and Lord of mercies,
Provide us with sleep as a rest from our informities and
As a repose for our bodies tired by labor,
We thank You Lord for not destroying us in our transgressions,
Rather, You lead and teach us with your love towards mankind.
We lift up our hands to glorify Your Majesty and we entreat Your infinite goodness,
To enlighten the eyes of our undertstanding and
Raise our minds from heavy sleep of indolence.
You open our mouths and fill them with Your praise,
That we may unceasingly sing and confess to You.
Almighty God, You are glorified in all and by all,
Grant us our Lord with peace of mind,
So we could face all that the new day may bring,
Grant unto us grace to surrender ourselves completely to Your Holy will,
Instruct and prepare us in all things for every hour of the day,
And whatsoever tidings we may receive during the day,
Do teach us to accept them calmly with the firm conviction,
That all eventualities fulfill Your Holy will.
Govern our thoughts and feelings in all we do and say,
And when things unforseen occur, let us not forget that all cometh down from You,
Teach us to behave sincerely and reasonably,
Toward every member of our family and other human beings,
That we may not cause confusion and sorrow to anyone,
Bestow upon us our Lord, strength to endure the fatigue of the day,
And to bear our share in all its passing events,
Guide and teach us to believe, to hope, to suffer, to forgive,
And to love,
